2. Purpose of the website
The website provides general information about Green Design interior and other planting services, project examples, plants, planters and maintenance. It is not an online shop, and submitting an enquiry does not in itself create a service contract.
3. Proposals and service terms
The scope, price, schedule, visualisation terms, plant and planter selection, and maintenance of each project are agreed individually. A contract or order is confirmed only when the parties have expressly agreed the essential terms. Website photographs and descriptions are illustrative; the natural appearance, size and shade of plants may vary.
4. Free initial visual concept
The free initial visual concept mentioned on the website is an early proposal stage. Its scope, suitability for a particular project and delivery time are agreed before work begins. Detailed technical designs or additional options may be supplied under separate terms.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website text, design, photographs, logos and other content belong to UAB InSky or are used lawfully. Content may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
