This Privacy Policy explains how UAB InSky processes personal data on the Green Design website greendesign.lt.

2. Personal data we process
- When you enquire about our services: your name, email address, telephone number, company name, message and any other information you choose to provide.
- When you submit a review: your name, company (if supplied), rating, review text, and the fact and time of consent.
- Technical data required for website security and operation: IP address, browser and device information, server log entries and essential cookie data.
We do not ask for special-category personal data. Please do not include such data in free-text messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to enquiries, prepare a proposal and take steps before entering into a contract—Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To perform a contract, administer a project and provide customer service—Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To secure the website, prevent abuse and defend legal claims—our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To publish a review—your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- To meet accounting and other legal obligations—Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. How long we retain data
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and administer a potential project, normally no longer than two years after the last communication unless a longer period is required by law or to defend legal claims. Contracts and accounting records are retained for statutory periods. A published review is kept until consent is withdrawn, the website closes or the review is no longer relevant. Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and in line with reasonable service-provider retention periods.
5. Who may receive the data
Our IT, website hosting, email, backup and technical support providers may process data only to the extent needed to provide their services. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by the GDPR are applied.
6. Your rights
You have the right to receive information, access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time. 7. Automated decisions and marketing
The website currently does not use automated decision-making, profiling or newsletter subscriptions. If such features are introduced, we will update this policy before using them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, services or applicable law change. The latest version is always published on this page.
